Recently enjoyed a beautiful afternoon baby shower with lovely floral arrangements. Inspired by a few snapshots, these “Classic Bouquet”, “White Floral Bouquet” and “White Butterfly Loving Flowers” canvases came together. “Classic Bouquet”, the first image has already been sold. The other two are still available. Which variation do you like?

A flurry of small canvases
February is my favorite month of the year in Southern California. The days are getting longer and the buds are starting to come out. It’s like a first spring with a second one to come in April. So feeling better, I have been painting more. Here are some of the recent small paintings I have …
Petite Canvases full of color.

Studio Full of Color
Wondering if this composition might be a good inspiration to finish the big painting in progress. Feeling a little off since my leg has been hurting this week, but I am on the mend and all the color really helps.
Voyage Interview
Lately, I have received three interviews online with questions ranging from who am I to how did it happen. Not sure if my adventures will inspire, advise or make wary the reader of these interviews, but I do like to post images of my work and various zany versions of what’s a girl to wear …

Underwater World
Oil paints, yum. I hardly use them, but when I do, they resonate with so much history for me. I became allergic to the solvents some time in Graduate School at UT, Austin School of Art. Maybe I was practically bathing in turpentine and my nails started to have black stalagmites streaks dipping into them …
