Voyage Interview

Lately, I have received three interviews online with questions ranging from who am I to how did it happen. Not sure if my adventures will inspire, advise or make wary the reader of these interviews, but I do like to post images of my work and various zany versions of what’s a girl to wear costumes.

“Papaya Moon”, a 1993 psychedelic UNStill Life painting is the first image. It is 30 x 40 ” and a part of an ongoing series shown and sold at Pacific Gallery in Laguna Beach, Seidman Gallery in Santa Monica, Carlton Gallery in Ojai and still to this day available at Chemers Gallery in Tustin, California.

The next painting is a small canvas that was painted yesterday. Luscious paint with birds and swirling atmospheric foliage is the vocabulary of its shapes and colors.

Then in the ‘what is a girl supposed to wear?’ section is a wild shirt and fancy hat that were acquired the same day and then a dress made by me of fabric printed from the painting posted below it. Are we getting to know me yet?

Then I share a puzzle made from one of my paintings printed on puzzle painting. These 252 piece puzzles printed up at Walgreens are highly addictive.

And just to add some ceramics and share how I love to work in a series are a wall of my fairly recent ceramic masks.

Any Questions??
